Can you accept custom designs and OEM/ODM orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom OEM/ODM orders for resin crafts, home decor, and garden ornaments. You can provide your own designs, logos, or 3D drawings, and our R&D team will create samples for your confirmation before mass production.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design for stock items, and 1000 pieces for fully custom designs. We also offer flexible MOQ for trial orders, please contact us for details.

What materials do you use for your products?

We mainly use high-quality, eco-friendly magnesia and polyresin that comply with EU REACH safety standard. We also offer custom material options upon request.

Can you add my company logo or brand to the products?

Absolutely! We support logo printing, engraving, and custom packaging with your brand, perfect for promotional gifts and corporate orders.

What is your production lead time?

For stock items: 3-7 working days after payment. For custom orders: 65-90 working days after sample approval and deposit receipt. We offer rush production for urgent orders.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We provide sample services. Sample lead time is 15-20 working days, and sample fees are deduct from bulk (reach our MOQ).

Do you inspect products before shipment?

We have a strict 3-step QC process: in-production inspection, and pre-shipment full inspection. You can also provide third-party inspection (SGS, BV) upon your request.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We support FOB terms, We will recommend the most cost-effective shipping method based on your order quantity and delivery time.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight.

Do you handle customs clearance and import duties?

We can assist with export customs clearance in China. For import duties and customs clearance in your country, we recommend consulting your local freight forwarder, and we can provide all required shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.).

Do your products meet international safety standards?

Yes! Our factory is BSCI certified, and all products comply with EU and US safety and environmental standards.
